All our smart devices at M2 Solutions carry a monthly subscription fee of R49. This monthly charge allows us to manage any ongoing data charges associated with the devices as well as charges associated with cloud storage and hosting fees to ensure fast, accurate and reliable service at all times. Note that the default term of subscription period is 3 years however, this can be paused or cancelled at any time subject to pausing of user account for smart interface. Similarly, defaulting in payment of monthly subscription fees will result in pausing of the user’s account, however, once subscription fees for respective devices are resumed, the user will be able to monitor and control their devices using their previously issued login credentials.
